Veterans

Students who are eligible for one of the following benefits administered through the Department of Veteran Affairs Educational Benefits qualify for Veteran Student status. The benefit programs are:

  • Montgomery GI Bill - Active Duty (MGIB)
  • Montgomery GI Bill - Selected Reserve (MGIB-SR)
  • Veterans Educational Assistance Program (VEAP)
  • Survivors' and Dependants' Educational Assistance Program (DEA)

As a Veteran, the admission application fee is waived.

No Worker Left Behind
The State of Michigan, under the leadership of Governor Granholm, has created the No Worker Left Behind program to enable the state's workforce to acquire the skills and education necessary to succeed in the transforming economy. The program offers tuition assistance to those persons that qualify to pursue approved degrees.
